    We do not offer installation services, as we are strictly a cabinet supplier. However, we’re happy to provide helpful resources or recommend professional installers in your area upon request.

  • Do I need toe kick?

    Most of our cabinets and vanities come with a piece of toe kick (nailing block), which is not decorative. We recommend buying toe kicks to create a uniform look across the front to hide the seams where the cabinets connect.

  • Are the cabinets strong enough to support granite or quartz countertops?

    Yes, our cabinets are built to be durable and structurally sound, making them fully capable of supporting heavy countertop materials like granite and quartz. Proper installation is key to ensuring long-term performance and stability.

  • Do I need end panels?

    Yes and no, Not all of the cabinet ends are finished,some style required end panels.This information is listed under the features section on the cabinet style page.

  • Are the insides of the cabinets stained to match the face frames and doors?

    All of the cabinets are finished inside, but not all of them are the same as the face frame. It depends on the style of cabinet that you are looking at. This information is listed under the features section on the cabinet style page.

  • Do you offer a warranty on the cabinets?

    Yes, we offer a 2-10 years limited warranty on the cabinets. This information is listed under the features section on the cabinet style page.

  • My shipment was damaged, what should I do?

    If your shipment is damaged, it is very important to note it on the delivery receipt and take photos of the damaged freight. As soon as you discover the damage, file a claim on the website by logging into your account and noting it on the order. Click here to file a claim.

  • I am missing an item, what should I do?

    It is important to count everything while the driver is present. In some cases, accessories may be packaged together, so don't always go by the packing slip. If something is missing, note it on the delivery receipt and file a claim on the website by logging into your account and opening up your order.

  • I filed a claim online, but didn't receive a response. Why?

    In some cases, it may take a couple of days for our claims department to process a claim and get you a response. We know that any type of damage or missing item can be a burden for our customers, so we try to process them as fast as possible. If you feel that your claim wasn't received, please contact our claims department and they can give you more information.

  • What does the Limited Warranty cover?

    The warranty covers any manufacturing defects or issues that occur once the cabinets are installed. We are not liable for issues that arise from improper installation or assembly. While it occasionally happens, we very rarely have any issues with the cabinets once they are installed.

  • How do I select right or left handed hinges?

    You don't have to! All of the kitchen cabinet lines have universal doors, which can be switched from left to right hinged based on need.

  • Do you sell countertops?

    Unfortunately we do not sell countertops. 

  • Can I buy just doors?

    It depends on the cabinet style. For semi-custom, fully custom, and some RTA cabinet styles, the doors are sold separately. Please consult with our design team to discuss your specific needs and ensure compatibility.

  • Can I get samples of the cabinets?

    Yes, we offer sample doors for all of our cabinet lines. Once you place your cabinet order, the price of the sample door will be credited toward your purchase.

  • Do you carry the glass doors?

    Yes, some cabinet styles come with glass doors, while others do not. For those that don't include glass doors, we offer custom aluminum glass doors. You can choose from a variety of glass types and finishes to match your design preferences. Please consult our design team or browse our cabinet styles online for available aluminum glass door options. Our design team will be happy to assist you in making the best selection.

  • Are you open on the weekends?

    Our business hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 6 PM EST. We are closed on weekends, but feel free to reach out during our business hours, and we’ll be happy to assist you!

  • Can I pick up my order from the main warehouse?

    Yes, we offer pick-up options at our main warehouse in Chino, California. Please contact our customer service team to arrange a pick-up time and ensure your order is ready for collection.

  • Is there a restocking fee?

    Yes, we do charge a restocking fee of 25% for returned items. This fee may vary depending on the product and its condition. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team. We’re here to help and will assist you with the return process.

  • How long does it take to process an order?

    Orders are processed as soon as they are placed online. Processing times typically are as follows: RTA Cabinets: 2-5 business days Semi-Custom Cabinets: 14-35 business days Processing times may vary depending on the cabinet style selected.   • How do I track a shipment?

    Once an order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track the order on the carriers website, or through your order on our website.

  • Do you have assembly instructions?

    Most of our cabinet line come with an assembly guide. You can also find these guides on our website under the 'Resources' section. If you still need assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team.

  • Do the cabinets come with assembly hardwares?

    Yes, our cabinets include the necessary hardware for assembly, such as screws, brackets, and other essential components. Please note that handles are sold separately and must be purchased individually.

  • Do you ship to Canada or outside the contiguous US?

    We only ship our products inside the contiguous US. However, we can ship to freight forwarders who are able to transfer the product to a final destination outside of the contiguous US at the customer’s expense. Please note that Cabinets.com is not responsible for damaged or missing items not reported by the freight forwarding company.

  • Can I use the cabinets outdoors?

            We do not sell outdoor cabinets. Using our cabinets outdoors will void the warranty.

  • Do the doors and drawers come with soft close?

    All cabinet lines come standard with soft close drawers. View our Comparative Chart for further details about each cabinet line.

  • Do you offer kitchen islands?

    We do not offer pre-configured, assembled islands. However, you can create a custom island by combining base cabinets, wall cabinets, and trim. Please note that this custom island will need to be assembled on-site. If you need help selecting the right cabinets and trim for your custom island, our designers are happy to assist you.

  • How long does it take to get a design once I submit my design request?

    Our goal is 1-2 business days from the time our designer has all the information required to start the project. Actual lead times can vary depending on volume of requests.

  • Can someone from Cabinets.com come to my home to take measurements?

    Unfortunately, no. However, we have a helpful measurement guide and a video demonstrating how to measure.

  • How much does your design service cost, and are there any fees attached with the design or any commitments that I have to make?

    Our design service is 100% FREE. There are no hidden fees or binding obligations. You do not need to fill out any credit card information. The only requirement is your name, email address, and phone number so that we can contact you regarding your design request and measurements. View our Design page for more information.

  • I want a particular cabinet size. Do you make custom sizes?

    We offer semi-custom cabinets with a standard set of modifications. There are options to change cabinet depth, add specialty hardware. We also offer custom color cabinets. Modifications depend on a particular product line.

  • What type of payments do you accept?

    We accept major credit cards, Zelle and checks.

  • What is a lead time for semi-custom cabinets?

    The production time is 2-4 weeks after placing an order. The standard transit time is 5 business week days after leaving the warehouse. The overall lead time is 3-5 weeks after placing an order.

  • Can I choose the exact dimensions I need for my semi-custom cabinets?

    While semi-custom cabinets offer some flexibility, they are available in predetermined sizes. However, you can often adjust certain aspects such as the depth, height, or width within available options.

  • Is shipping included in the price?

  • Do your cabinets come assembled or unassembled?

    We offer both:RTA (Ready to Assemble) cabinets are shipped flat-packed. and Pre-assembled options are available for select lines and styles.

  • Are your cabinets made in the USA?

    We offer a mix of products. Some of our cabinets are proudly made in the USA using high-quality materials and in-house craftsmanship. We also carry select cabinet lines that are imported from trusted overseas manufacturers to provide a wider variety of styles and price points—while still meeting our quality standards.

  • How is my order shipped?

    For cabinet shipments, we use third-party LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight. Cabinets are flat-packed in cardboard boxes, placed on pallets, and securely stacked and wrapped in plastic to ensure protection during transit and to prevent the loss of items.

    Smaller-sized items will be shipped as loose packages via UPS Ground or USPS. Please note that moldings, panels, and accessories measuring 96" in length will incur an additional $115 large package fee. 

  • Do you offer 3D renderings or visualizations?

    Yes, we provide 3D renderings and elevation views so you can visualize your space before placing an order.

  • Do you work with contractors or homeowners only?

    We work with both! Whether you’re a homeowner, builder, or contractor, our design team is happy to assist with your project.
