Returns
- Returns must be requested within 60 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email us at info@uscabinetonline.com within 20 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Include: Your order details
A list of items you wish to return
Reason for the return - Once approved, ship your return to:

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Returns are inspected upon arrival.
Please allow up to 30 days for processing after we receive your item.
Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
You will receive an email confirmation once your return is processed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Pre-assembled cabinets
Traditional vanities
Thermofoil items
Special order items (including opened parts or doors)
Items not in original condition or packaging
Clearance items
Made-to-order styles (High Gloss White, High Gloss Grey, Super Matte White, Super Matte Black, and all semi-custom series)
Sample doors
Restocking Fee
A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of placement at no cost.
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@uscabinetonline.com.
If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please follow up.
After 48 hours:
Orders are treated as returns
A 25% restocking fee will apply
This policy also applies when canceling and reordering due to a new promotion or sale.
