Ten-Year Limited Cabinetry Warranty & Two-Year Hardware Warranty
At US Cabinet Online, we provide high-quality cabinetry built to last. As a direct supplier, we stand behind our craftsmanship and materials. That’s why we offer a Ten-Year Limited Warranty on all cabinetry components and a Two-Year Limited Warranty on standard hardware.
Warranty Coverage
Cabinetry – Ten-Year Limited Warranty
US Cabinet Online warrants to the original consumer purchaser that all cabinetry components will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for ten (10) years from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies to cabinets used in normal residential applications only.
Covered cabinetry components include:
Cabinet boxes and frames
Doors and drawer fronts
Drawer boxes
Shelves and interior components
Toe kicks, face frames, and trim pieces
Factory-applied finishes (subject to natural aging)
During the warranty period, US Cabinet Online will, at its discretion, ship replacement parts or cabinets to the customer.
Hardware – Two-Year Limited Warranty
All standard hardware supplied with our cabinetry is covered for two (2) years from the purchase date, including:
Hinges
Drawer glides and tracks
Soft-close mechanisms
Knobs and pulls (when included with your order)
Hardware will be replaced by shipping new parts if it fails due to defects in materials or workmanship during normal residential use.
Note: Normal operational wear—such as slight loosening or softer closing over time—is expected and not considered a defect.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage or issues caused by:
Improper installation or assembly
Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations
Improper storage, particularly exposure to moisture before installation
Abuse, misuse, neglect, or accidental damage
Water damage, flooding, plumbing issues, or excessive humidity
Exposure to extreme heat or direct sunlight
Use of abrasive or harsh cleaning chemicals
Commercial or non-residential use
Normal wear and tear
Damage during installation, removal, or transport
On-site repairs or service by US Cabinet Online (warranty is fulfilled by shipping replacement parts or cabinets)
Labor, installation, shipping (except for replacement parts under warranty), and related costs are not covered.
Natural Characteristics
Wood is a natural material, and the following are not considered defects:
Variations in wood grain, texture, or color
Natural aging or color changes over time
Slight door warping within industry standards (up to 1/4")
Minor expansion or contraction due to seasonal humidity
Finish changes caused by exposure to light
These natural variations highlight the authentic beauty of real wood products and are not covered under this warranty.
How to File a Warranty Claim
To submit a claim, please provide:
Proof of purchase and original order number
Clear photos or videos showing the issue
A description of the problem

Limitations
Applies only to the original purchaser at the original installation address
Valid only for residential use
Replacement parts or cabinets do not extend the original warranty period
Only the defective component or cabinet will be replaced—not entire orders
No dealer, installer, or representative may modify or expand this warranty
